Dr. Julie Barthelemy (B. Chiro)
Associate Chiropractor
Julie was born in Paris and grew up living in different parts of France, but also in Africa, New Caledonia, and Tahiti following her dad who served in the French Air Force as a Pilot. Seeking to receive the best chiropractic education available in the world, she made the move on her own at the age of 20 from the South of France to New Zealand, to attend the prestigious New Zealand College of Chiropractic.
By receiving regular chiropractic care herself, Julie leads an active lifestyle despite a severe spinal injury from horse riding. When she is not at the practice, she is making the most of the beautiful scenery that New Zealand has to offer on a horseback, doing yoga or is having a hit at the tennis court.
Julie became a chiropractor so she could serve her purpose to help people. She is passionate about how the relationship between the spine and the nervous system affects the preservation and restoration of health.
Julie is absolutely thrilled to be part of the Eastern Bay Chiropractic team and is honored to look after our local community through chiropractic care.
Dr. Kyle Laubscher (B. Chiro)

Chiropractic quickly became Kyles’s passion and for the first time he actually enjoyed learning. He says he loves what it can do for a person, and he enjoys helping people. Kyle truly believes that Chiropractic gives people the best chance to adapt to what life throws at them.
In Kyle’s spare time he enjoys outdoor activities like golf, walks, and various sporting activities. He also enjoys watching movies and playing board games with his wife Laura. Chiropractic keeps Kyle to feel and function his best and he is looking forward to sharing this with you and your family too.

The family moved to the Whakatane area where Lisa’s husband has started an IT business and she got involved in the women's fitness industry, before coming on board with the team at Eastern Bay Chiropractic.
Chiropractic care became important for Lisa in Tauranga when she got consistent headaches, so when she moved to Whakatane she started seeing Dr. Anna for not only headaches but also running injuries and other issues that come from being a busy mum.
Lisa loves being a part of the Eastern Bay Chiropractic team, with the ability to use her crazy love of numbers, spreadsheets and sticky notes while still fulfilling her love of being surrounded by people.
